Security

Each owner is responsible for the security of their individual property; however, Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) does have a presence at Palm Beach Park of Commerce. There is a PBSO deputy on duty dedicated to the park in the late evening hours through the early morning (Monday – Sunday) plus a deputy during the daytime hours (Monday-Friday). In addition, the Association does contract with PBSO to have an extra presence during the weekend hours at various times throughout the year. The park is located within District 3 of the PBSO area; deputies and officers of District 3 also show their presence during the weekdays and weekends as part of their regular patrol schedule.

The Association does also maintain security cameras throughout the park to monitor vehicle traffic at the front and back entrances and along Corporate Road North and Park of Commerce Blvd. All District 3 deputies have access to our security cameras on their computers plus we participate with PBSO Real Time Crime.
